  5. We do offer EXPRESS POST at an additional cost - please nominate Express Post shipping in the check out if you need your goods in a super hurry

Most items are shipped via Australia Post eParcel and in some cases via Fastway Courier. A tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of despatch and you will be required to sign for the parcel on delivery.

We ship to street addresses or PO Box's and if you would like us to ship to your workplace, please ensure you include the name of the company in your order.

Change of Mind

If, within 7 days of receiving the product, you no longer like it or change your mind, please;Send us an email and advise whether you would like a refund or a different product.

  1. Send the unused, unsoiled product in it's original packaging back to us via PO Box 441, Neutral Bay NSW 2089
  2. Once the product is returned in saleable condition, we will refund or replace your item.


Faulty Goods

We will always exchange or refund damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products.


If you need to return a faulty item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.


Please complete this process within 10 days of delivery or we will not authorise your return. 

Once we receive your return request we will contact you with a Return Authorisation Number and details of how to return the damaged or defective product. In the case of refund, we will then notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
