We will however happily exchange or refund damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
Please complete this process within 10 days of delivery or we will not authorise your return.
Once we receive your return request we will contact you with a Return Authorisation Number and details of how to return the damaged or defective product. In the case of refund, we will then notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We offer FREE Shipping Nationwide for all orders.
Most items are shipped via Fast Way couriers. For deliveries outside the Fast Way couriers network and to PO Boxes items will be shipped via Australia Post. A tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of despatch.
