Delicious, filling and easy to grab are what picnic food are made of. Mr. Beak’s Sausage Rolls are easy to make and a sure favourite among friends and family. We got the super easy recipe for you, try it this weekend!
750 g puff pastry
I pack of Mr Beaks Original Beef Sausages
1 egg yolk, beaten
Roll out puff pastry and cut into fours.
Wrap each sausage with each sheet of puff pastry.
Brush with the egg yolks until sealed.
Place the sausage rolls on a flat baking sheet, cover with plastic.
Let stand for 45 minutes.
Bake in hot oven temperature to 180 ° C for 15 minutes until cooked.Serve immediately with spicy sauce.
For Spicy Tomato Sauce ingredients
2 tbs bottled tomato sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp chili sauce
1 tsp mustard sauce
